Important Park Information

Lake Street Park has something for everyone!  Enjoy playing tennis or pickleball at the Upper Park at the end of Lake Street. Bring your picnic or lay out on the large open grassy area.

Hours of Operation (Tennis and Pickleball Courts) - 8am-8pm

Downhill at the Landing, boaters have it all – boat launch for day boaters wanting to enjoy Lake Tashmoo or go out into Vineyard Sound, launch your kayak and enjoy the Lake Tashmoo “MV Water Trail”, tie up to the large pier or use the dinghy docks for boaters with moorings.  If you are a landlubber and want to view Lake Tashmoo, there is a woodland path with benches to sit and enjoy and even walk down to the Lake area for some beach enjoyment.  Water is shallow, but wading works!

Tennis:

The hard surface Lake Street tennis court is open for play from 8:00am – 8:00pm. No access permission or reservations are required. Please limit play to 1½ hour if people are waiting to play.

From June 23 through August 24, this court will be reserved Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 3:00 – 6:00pm for Tisbury kids and youth tennis clinics. Click Here to learn more about signing up for these clinics.

Pickleball:

The pickleball courts are open from 8:00am until 8:00pm. These courts are to the public for Open Play rotation from 8:00am until 12 noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday without a reservation.

From June 23 - August 24 these courts will be reserved for Tisbury Pickleball clinics on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00AM – 11:00AM.

At other times the courts are open for play by reservation. Tisbury residents with a membership account and individuals with a “Pay As You Play” account can make reservations on CourtReserveClick Here to learn more about creating an account and reserving courts.

Individuals with a reservation may need to show documentation at the court, particularly if someone is playing on the court you have reserved. Print your reservation or bring your phone with the CourtReserve App. If there is someone playing on the court, show them your reservation, ask them to move, or ask them to wait for a free court.
